Our Team

Dusty Palmer

Owner/NASM CPT

I believe fitness should be welcoming, empowering, and accessible to everyone—regardless of age or fitness level. That's why I created TVF: a supportive community where people can build strength, improve balance and mobility, practice mindfulness and enhance their overall well-being while building meaningful friendships. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto, I became even more passionate about taking a whole-body approach to wellness. That experience reinforced my philosophy that lasing health comes from a well-rounded fitness routine. My goal is to help you increase your HEALTHSPAN for years to come, all in a welcoming and supportive community. Personal & Small Group Private Training, Stretch & Flexibility, Balance Training, Tai Chi, Restorative Yoga, Senior Fitness, and Pilates.

Rebecca Logli

RYT 200

Rebecca turned to yoga over a decade ago to unwind from a stressful career and restore balance from running & an active lifestyle. She quickly discovered that yoga offered more than physical relief - it brought together movement, mindfulness, and a sense of joy. Her warm, accessible approach helps students explore yoga in a way that honors their bodies, abilities, and experience levels. Her training in Myofascial Release + Yin will help you slow down, release deeply held tension, create space in the body, and settle the mind. Rebecca is also actively pursuing her Certified Personal Training through NASM, expanding her knowledge of strength, movement, and functional fitness. She looks forward to helping you find the same joy she has found through movement & yoga no matter the experience level or physical ability.
